Main technical features of the Blade series:
- low rotation speed: Blade series compressors feature a very low rotation speed that results in greater reliability, lower energy consumption and very silent operation;
- simple maintenance: the Blade series requires minimum maintenance , the few operations required are facilitated by proper kits specifically designed to speed up the operations;
- easy installation: Blade series air compressors do not require foundations and fastening. It is sufficient to place them on a flat surface. They are supplied complete with power supply cable and plug;
- robust and noiseless: painted with epoxy powders Blade compressors are resistant to corrosion and scratches. Very compact, they are ideal for installations in confined areas. Vane technology ensures safety and silent operation.
The fan integrated into the electric motor generates an air flow that, by hitting the special chamber with fins, dissipates the heat produced by the compression. This avoids the problems and risks of clogging related to the malfunctioning of the cooling radiator.
Simple, Economical Maintenance
The Blade series requires minimum maintenance, the few operations required are facilitated by proper kits specifically designed to speed up the operations. Maintenance costs are low because the vanes, rotor and stator have an almost unlimited life if proper maintenance is performed. Over 100,000 hours of operation are guaranteed without the need to replace the compression unit.
Blade 1-2-3 series air compressors are equipped with a special anti-condensation valve that, in under-utilisation conditions, prevents condensation in the oil of the humidity contained in the air. This innovative system ensures that the optimum operating temperature is reached and that operation is constant over time.
The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 15% compared to other rotary compressors.
