Robust & Smart Design of Chassis

Capacity upto 1500kg and ability to overcome ramps up to 4/16% (laden/unladen) makes the truck suitable for work in loading docks and on delivery operations in different conditions.
The frame of the truck is surrounded by stamped steel elements making thhe truck look different and also ensuring the protection of components.
Forks of the truck are designed with shape for easy entrance and exit from pallets.
Full length double sided C-shape reinforcements of forks significantly increase strength and rigidity of frame.
A strong steel apron protects the operator's feet during work and secures the trucks components from collisions with objects.

Ergonomic & Smart Tiller Design

The tiller of the truck with its ergonomic design has comfortable soft grips for comfort daily operation even with working in gloves.
Intergtrated PIN code panel with LCD display for smart control and operation.
The tiller of the truck is supported by the air spring and the tiller returns to its vertical position smoothly.
Speed reduction at different angles as well as function of active tiller in its up right postion.
The function of driving with tiller in the vertical position helps with work in confined areas, especially in elevators and lorries without sacrificing safety.

Smart Lithium Battery

The Edge is equipped with a maintenance-free Lithiam Battery with optional different capacites for variuos applications. With its fast charging and opportunity charging features The Edge works as easy as a hand pallet truck without special attention to the maintenance as other electric pallet trucks.
The intergrated BMS (Battery Managment System) controls all omportant paprameters and performance of Lithium Battery.
It has a socket on the battery for easy charging without necessity to take the battery out.
Fast and opportunity charging during brakes in operation increases work time.

Maintenance Friendly

Convenient and fast access to any component of the truck, no elements are located in areas difficult to reach and no special tools are required.
There are no hoses or pipes used in the hydraulic lifting circuit which significantly improves reliability and reduces the amount of potential problems related to leakages through connectors or their seals.
The truck is equipped with Curtis controller and CAN-bus technology which makes the diagnostic and trouble shooting easier.
